Seven Dwarfs is a personal AI assistant whose whole point is remembering your life for you. That only works if you can trust what happens to your data, so this policy is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Your data is used for exactly one purpose: providing the assistant to you. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.
To generate responses, your messages and relevant memory are sent to third-party large-language-model providers (such as OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google, or Groq) for processing. These providers process the content to produce a response and are contractually restricted from using API data to train their models under their respective API terms.
If you connect your Google account, Seven Dwarfs requests access to Google Calendar (to show your schedule, create events, and prepare meeting briefings) and Gmail (to run the optional daily email triage and surface notable emails in briefings).
Seven Dwarfs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the user-facing features described above, is never sold or used for advertising, and is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the integration in Settings.
OAuth credentials are stored encrypted. Messages from third parties (secretary mode) run in a sandbox that cannot reach your email, notes, or memory. Access to the service is over HTTPS.
No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat your data as what it is: a second brain that belongs to you, not to us.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note the change here and update the date at the top before it takes effect.
