These terms govern your use of Seven Dwarfs, a personal AI assistant available on the web and through Telegram. By creating an account or talking to the bot, you agree to them.
Seven Dwarfs is an early-stage product under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We work hard to keep it reliable, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may occasionally be unavailable.
Responses are generated by artificial-intelligence models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated - even when they sound confident. Seven Dwarfs is not a source of medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and its coaching-style suggestions are prompts for your own judgment, not instructions. Verify anything important before acting on it.
Usage is subject to per-account limits (for example daily or monthly request caps) depending on your plan. We may adjust limits to keep the service sustainable; material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance.
Your content remains yours. How we collect, use, and delete data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can export your data or delete your account - and everything in it - at any time from Settings.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the service, and will purge terminated accounts' data in line with the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Dwarfs and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing).
If these terms change materially, we will update the date above and note the change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
